Returns and Exchanges
Our aim is to have satisfied customers using and enjoying the products that we offer. All Ever Irish Gifts merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the same item. The item must be returned in its original condition. The product price will be refunded in full; shipping charges are not refundable. If you are making an exchange for a different item, you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com or call us toll-free at 1.800.991.4561. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and clear instructions on where to send the items you wish to return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
In the instance of a defective/broken product, we will replace the item free of charge or refund all costs including shipping. To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, please contact us within 10 days of delivery for instructions on how to return the item to us. You will need to provide photos of the defective or broken item.
A refund will be credited back to the credit card originally used and will post approximately two days after the date of receiving the returned merchandise. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
In the instance of a refused or unclaimed shipment, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note: Any items that are personalized, customized, made-to-order, or perishable cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged after the order has been placed unless defective. For reasons of hygiene, unless faulty or not as described, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on earrings.
